Build an experience that could run “at the speed of Sonic” for mobile, moving the company off a white-label solution into a custom build including back-end management and front-end UI/UX.
Led UX and visual design to capture the brand elements while also keeping the customer experience lean so that an order could be placed quickly and without interruption.
Led development team efforts to discover what back-end solutions would be best for handling data quickly while also opening up opportunities to reflect that data in the front-end.
Shipped during COVID pandemic and met a customer need for contactless ordering - app was, and still is, ranked at 4.9 stars on both iOS and Android with almost 2 million reviews while hitting number 1 in the food category for both platforms. App is still in the top 20 after over 5 years of activity
Generated over $30 million in revenue its first month of existence and has grown over time with adoption and iteration, which we supported for four years after launch.
Cited as a main reason for Sonic’s acquisition by Inspire Brands for over $1 billion
Spun off into a web-based experience to support a broader audience.
Web // Executive Production Director & Product Lead
Build a site that would provide resources for migrants coming into the United States, such as information, services to connect to, and a directory of partners that could help welcome new arrivals into the country.
They also wanted this to be live in one week from the brief to support immigration issues with the border during a time of crisis.
Led the design and UX team to concept a complete site experience in 3 days while also parallel managing development resources to build back-end and front-end services to prepare for quick content integration, partner integrations, and performance.
Delivered the first iteration of the site within the week, but also started managing government stakeholders who wanted to scale the site, including the Secretary of State, White House officials, and past Presidents.
Iterated to add more services and a broader directory for migrant assistance over 2 more weeks, launching officially at Welcome.US
Site launched to over 1 million visitors in the first 24 hours, generated over 50,000 requests to assist and aid migrants over the first week, and continues to help migrants from South and Central America, Ukraine, and everywhere else in the world.
Retail Design and Delivery // Executive Producer
Rebuild the store experience for GameStop, focusing on finding what their audience wanted out of a retail partner and make good on that through compelling experiences within the store.
Led approach and proposal phase by influencing GameStop to think of the store itself as a product and use product development methodologies to build out the store of the future. Led to a $2 million strategic and concept project for 4 months.
Led strategic and business initiatives early to discover user and business needs, marrying them to tactical product requirements for all aspects of the store, from their point-of-sale systems to the layout of merchandise.
Led design and technology concepting, where we built a literal mock store in empty retail space to show GameStop what was possible with their footprint, mocking up everything from merchandise placement to digital experiences within the space.
Packaged concepts and strategic findings into a comprehensive executive summary that put forth the business and customer cases to build out the store, along with an approach to building and iterating on these spaces with an Agile approach to keep costs down and data-driven decisions high.
Assisted with running the store development programs for the remaining year, leading to launching 12 reinvented stores in less than a year from the concept presentation.
Program put on pause due to COVID limitations, but stores still exist and thrive to this day.
Web and Mobile // Product Lead
Construct a service that housed Audacy’s many radio stations, podcasts, and other broadcast content in an experience that their audience of older users could work with and still maintain high standards for performance and playback.
Led design and development initiative for the web instance of this work, working in collaboration with mobile app projects for feature parity, while also connecting a variety of other vendors and services toward building a back-end framework that could support our front-end ambition.
Worked with an accelerated timeline, moved up due to stakeholder demands, asking us to consolidate a year of work into 4 months, which we accomplished successfully.
Applied best practices to agency efforts and improved output and delivery methods for enterprise client expectations.
Established a comprehensive QA process to ensure quality met the stringent standards of Audacy and our own expectations for the platform.
Site sees over 10 million visitors a month and continues to grow with additional features and functions planned and designed for by my team and implemented by Audacy engineers through our methodologies and standards.

Build a service that connected customer accounts from Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google under a unified Disney back-end service so that Disney content, if purchased digitally, would be available to any service with a single purchase, also inclusive of building a UI and UX that allowed for easy connection of accounts, purchase and playback of digital content, and managing their loyalty program points within the experience.
Successfully led design around building an experience that managed to satisfy brand needs from all Disney properties (Marvel Studios, Disney Studios, Animation) as well as business needs from various business silos within Disney (Technology, Rewards, etc.). This included stakeholder interviews, product requirement gathering, and prioritization and planning for a launch within 6 months.
Successfully led development around negotiating both Disney’s internal APIs, as well as integrating and building new APIs to connect Disney services with Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Vudu, and Google, launching with Apple and iterating the other integrations in future releases.
Initial iOS release came out on time for the release of Frozen on Apple’s movie store. On launch, the app was number 1 in entertainment and was met with over a thousand 5-star reviews.
Led support and continued iteration of the experience for other partners, deeper integration with content within Disney, and also being the first place to see the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens upon its release.
Disney later spun off service into Movies Anywhere, which now has the partnership of almost every major Hollywood studio, breaking down content walls and leading to over $1 billion in revenue for the business since its launch.
